Gareth Dennis is an engineer and writer, specialising in transport systems and policy.
As well as his day job as a railway design engineer, he is a writer for the railway and national press and regularly appears on television and radio explaining engineering and transport ideas to a broad audience. He is a lecturer in rail infrastructure at BCRRE and other institutions, and presents a weekly show called #RailNatter on YouTube. He is also a founding member of YoRIC.
Rail is both the past and the future of mass transit. Anyone who suggests otherwise probably doesn’t have your best interests at heart.
Gareth regularly speaks on sustainable transport matters, skills and strategy, as well as more specialist engineering subjects (not least relating to the permanent way).
So long as it isn't an all-male lock-out, he would probably be keen to talk on your show or at your event, too.
